Google have made creating a chatbot to interact with documents, books and other texts a whole lot easier.
Google Notebook allows you to upload files, along with any annotations and it creates a summary and you can ask questions.
You can even create an Audio Guide - an AI generated podcast discussing the documents shared. We created a podcast based on our brochure which is surprisingly realistic and entertaining. It also genuinely brings out the important points.
This is a great tool where you have complex documents, for example treasury policies that you need to make easy to check and accessible to people.
