Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern your use of this website.

Last updated: 5 July 2026

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of yourtreasury.ai (the “Site”), operated by YourTreasury Ltd(“YourTreasury”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 15440508 and registered office at Gardeners Cottage, St. Leonards Park, Horsham, RH13 6EG, England. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who these Terms apply to

These Terms cover use of the Site itself — browsing our pages, downloading resources, submitting enquiries or scoping requests, and subscribing to our newsletter. They do not form a contract for advisory or delivery services; the scope, fees and terms of any engagement with YourTreasury are set out separately in a signed proposal or engagement letter, which takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for your own lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or any network connected to the Site;
  • introduce viruses, malware or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
  • scrape, data-mine or systematically extract content from the Site without our prior written consent; or
  • use the Site to transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional material.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, downloads and the underlying design and code — is owned by or licensed to YourTreasury and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print material from the Site for your own personal or internal business use, provided you do not modify it, remove any copyright or proprietary notices, or use it for commercial redistribution without our written permission.

No professional advice

Content on the Site — including articles, downloads, course material and course previews — is provided for general information only and does not constitute financial, tax, legal, accounting or other professional advice. It should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your specific circumstances. You should seek appropriate professional advice before acting, or refraining from acting, on anything you read on the Site.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including LinkedIn, our client portal, and services such as Google, Apollo.io, Kit (ConvertKit) and Mailgun that we use to operate the Site. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and including a link does not imply our endorsement of it.

Availability

We aim to keep the Site available and to keep its content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the Site without notice — for example for maintenance, or if a downstream provider we rely on is unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourTreasury excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from any reliance you place on its content, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify YourTreasury against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or to applicable law. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
