Reval
Cloud treasury and risk management, with particular depth in hedge accounting.

Reval is a cloud-based treasury and risk management platform used by multinational treasury teams for cash visibility, financial risk management and hedge accounting.
System provider
Reval is part of ION's treasury portfolio, alongside platforms such as City Financials, Wallstreet Suite and IT2.
Deployment and releases
Reval is delivered as software-as-a-service. The vendor rolls out regular releases, so a short regression test of the processes treasury relies on is good practice before each one.
Integration
Typical interfaces cover bank statements, market data and accounting entries to the ERP. Keeping these interfaces stable is central to reliable cash positions and month-end postings.
Implementation
A successful implementation needs sufficient business time alongside the technical work. We recommend naming a key user who owns the system and its configuration after go-live.
Core modules and functions
- Cash positioning and forecasting
- Bank account management
- FX and interest-rate risk
- Debt and investments
- Hedge accounting (IFRS 9 / ASC 815)
- Accounting and reporting
