Morning Session: Building Confidence with AI Tools
We'll start with the fundamentals - understanding what these tools can and can't do, working through simple treasury examples, and building your confidence with hands-on exercises. You'll see how AI handles tasks like transaction categorization and data analysis, and get comfortable with the basic techniques.
Afternoon Session: Exploring Treasury Applications
We'll work through more complex scenarios - cash forecasting approaches, FX data analysis, and automating reporting tasks. You'll build small prototypes and working examples that demonstrate the concepts, giving you a clear picture of what's achievable and what the implementation path looks like.

Understand the power of reusable prompts, memory and how to deal with data security and audit
Afternoon session
1pm - 4 hoursWorking with Treasury Data Exploring how AI handles the messy reality of treasury operations - combining data from multiple sources, dealing with incomplete information, and structuring it for analysis. You'll work through real scenarios to understand when AI helps and when it doesn't.
Cash Forecasting Concepts Understanding how AI approaches forecasting challenges - pattern recognition, variance analysis, and automated commentary. Focus on the concepts that apply across different treasury contexts, not just one specific solution.
Building Applications vs Using Tools Live demonstration of how AI can now build custom treasury applications, not just answer questions. Understanding the fundamental shift from "ask AI for help" to "get AI to create tools that solve recurring problems."
Implementation Planning & Next Steps Practical discussion on evaluating which applications deliver value for your team, understanding implementation requirements, and creating a realistic roadmap.
