Who's this for?
This workshop is for teams and individuals with limited usage of AI tools looking to get more experience and understand the art of the possible. It's a great workshop to get teams to a common level and to help those with some experience to get a lot more out of their usage.
Agenda
- An intro to AI
- Configuring GPT/Copilot etc
- Creating your own GPT agent, such as a policy bot
- Prompting excellence - how to get the most out of GPT/Copilot etc
- Group exercise - multi-modal group exercise including creating AI generated songs and images
- Using AI for Treasury background
- Data science fundamentals, using the Your Treasury platform
- Cleaning data
- Transforming data
- Combining multiple datasets
- Pre-processing data and augmenting data
- Data visualisation
- We'll do practical examples of each step, finishing with creating visually exciting charts
- An introduction to python in excel and a practical example, to also include pros and cons
- Using data science for automation
- We'll use a combination of the concepts above to:
- Import data from a variety of spreadsheets
- Transform the data
- Identify fx exposures
- Present charts of the exposures
- Generate the hedge transactions
- This will be supported by use of the Claude large language model (similar to GPT)

Instructor
Jessica Campbell
Jessica is an experienced teacher and data scientist who specialises in Python analysis, visualisation and automation. As a former quantitative research scientist, she has been recognised with several Awards for her presentation work, her ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and her contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion. She holds a PhD in Astronomy & Astrophysics from the University of Toronto with numerous publications in esteemed research journals.
